We don't quote a price off a feature checklist, because we don't yet know your plant. Pricing is scoped after we engage with you — once we understand the real system and the problem you're solving. Every quote comes with a milestone plan you sign off before work continues.

Do you sell a fixed product?

No. We build the system that fits your plant. That can be a single logging form or a full ERP — the scope follows the problem, never the other way around.

How do you price a project?

We scope pricing only after engaging with you, because the work depends on your actual process. Every quote comes with a milestone plan; you sign off and pay per delivered milestone.

What industries do you focus on?

Non-discrete manufacturing — food, pharmaceutical, and furniture/assembly — where inputs and outputs don't map one-to-one.

Will I be locked into your software?

No. When we use ERPNext, you receive full access to both the platform code and our customizations.

Can your system predict outcomes, not just report them?

Reporting on what happened is where we start, and where most value lives. Predictive what-if modelling is possible once a process is fully digitized, and we'll tell you honestly whether your situation is ready for it.

Do I have to switch everything over at once?

No. For larger systems we roll out sub-systems gradually, with training, so you're never forced into a risky overnight migration.
